Synopsis:

Traditionally, when we think of the problems people get into on the internet, we think of internet sites dedicated to pornography. However, new technologies have opened up new ways for people to get into trouble. From Facebook to "sexting," people are getting caught up in habits and compulsions that are destructive to their lives and relationships. During his presentation, Dale Doty, Ph.D., outlined technologies, habits, and treatment strategies for dealing with these emerging issues.

Dale R. Doty, PhD

Dr. Doty, PhD has served as the President of the Oklahoma Association For Marriage and Family Therapy Divisional Affairs Council for two terms. He is an Approved Supervisor for the American Association For Marriage and Family Therapy, a State Licensed Social Worker, a Licensed Marital and Family Therapist and a Board Approved Supervisor for both social workers and marital and family therapists. He currently serves on the Licensed Marital and Family Therapist's Advisory Board.
