Synopsis:

Helping professionals need to be aware of stress, compassion fatigue, and burnout as they have the potential of affecting their personal lives and work. This workshop provided information on this malady and offered some tips on its management. Of particular note was the focus of encouraging professionals to engage in self-care for themselves.

D.Min, MSSW, LCSW, LMFT


Lanny Endicott has been with the Oral Roberts University Social Work Program for 30 years -- most of that time serving as the the program's director. He has served on numerous agency and organizational boards in Tulsa and as a community activist, currently works to address social services needs for residents in a low-income area of South Tulsa.
