CEO Rolf B. Gainer, Ph.D., Diplomate ABDA is the Chief
Executive Office at Brookhaven Hospital and the Vice President of Rehabilitation
Institutes of America. He is the founder of the Neurologic Rehabilitation
Institute of Ontario (Canada). Dr. Gainer is a psychologist who has
been involved in the design and operation of treatment programs since
1977. He has published numerous articles on mental health and rehabilitation
topics and has presented at many international conferences. He remains
active in outcome research. Medical StaffStephen Harnish, MD is the Medical Director of Brookhaven Hospital. He is board certified in psychiatry, and is a graduate of Dartmouth Medical School. He has operated as both a staff psychiatrist and medical director at several organizations across the U.S. and has also been a previous director at Brookhaven. Dr. Harnish is a member of the American Psychiatric Association and is well known in Oklahoma for his informative radio and television appearances. Liphard D'Souza, MD is the Co-Medical Director of
Brookhaven's Neurologic Rehabilitation Institute at Brookhaven. Dr D'Souza
holds multiple board certifications in Neurology. He obtained his medical
training at St. John's Medical College in Bangalor, India, and was an
Associate Professor at Oral Roberts University School of Medicine at
the City of Faith Hospital. He has worked in hospital, agency and private
practice settings for over 32 years. Deb Brantly, MS, CNS, LMFT, is a Clinical Nurse Specialist
for Brookhaven Hospital. She has manyyears of experience as a Clinical
Nurse Specialist in a mental health setting and received her Master
of Science (Psychiatric Nursing) from the University of Oklahoma. Behavioral Health Services Ron Broughton, M Ed, LPC
is the Clinical Director of Behavioral Health Services and Admissions
at Brookhaven. He received an M Ed from the University of Central Oklahoma.
He is a Licensed Professional Counselor and is also licensed to supervise
LPC candidates. Ron has worked extensively with severely mentally ill
patients in community mental health and inpatient settings. He has written
several academic papers on schizophrenia and psychosis, and has conducted
numerous mental health presentations and workshops. He also served on
an expert panel for the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health Substance

here. Angela Linger, MS, LPC is a therapist for Brookhaven Hospital. She completed her Masters Degree at Northeastern State University. Ms. Linger has experience working with children and adults at various agencies in the Tulsa, OK area. Clarissa Siragusa, LCSW is an outpatient counselor at Brookhaven Hospital. She received her degree from Wichita State University. An experienced therapist, Clarissa has worked in numerous mental health settings, ranging from pediatric to geriatric care. She also has extensive experience in private practice as well. Matt Maxey, RN, BSN, is the Director of Nursing at Brookhaven Hospital. He received his degree from the University of Central Oklahoma. Mr. Maxey has experience in care centers and hospitals. E Marie Scribner, MSW, LCSW, is director of social work for Brookhaven Hospital. She received her Masters in Social Work from the University of Oklahoma and has experience with many different therapy modalities and treatment planning. E Marie worked as a social worker for Tulsa Public Schools and DHS for the past 13 years. Shay Watkins, BA, is a social worked for Brookhaven Hospital. She obtained her degree in psychology from the University of Tulsa and has experience in community-building activities and programs. Stephanie Maruska, MA, is the Admissions Coordinator for Brookhaven. She received her Masters degree in Counseling and Guidance from New York University, and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Minnesota. Stephanie has provided counseling services to a variety of individuals in clinical and academic settings. Rachel Tracy, MS is an Admissions Counselor for Brookhaven Hospital. She completed her Masters Degree at Northeastern State University. Kerri Buerker, MS is an Admissions Counselor for Brookhaven Hospital. She completed her Masters Degree at Northeastern State University. Sherrill Scott, is an Admissions Counselor for Brookhaven Hospital. She completed her Masters Degree from the Oklahoma City University. She has over 15 years experience in direct service. Deborah Steen, is an outpatient counselor at Brookhaven Hospital. She received her Bachelors from Oklahoma Christian College. Merle Brock, is a Weekend Therapist for Brookhaven Hospital. He received his Masters from Oklahoma State University. Carol O'Bryan, is a Weekend Therapist for Brookhaven

Melani Riley, RD is the Food and Nutrition Manager at Brookhaven. She is responsible for the nutrition needs of patients and oversees the Dietary Department. She also conducts meal planning and nutrition groups forthe Rader Eating Disorders Program. Liz Lamers, MBA, MA, LPC is Director of Utilization Review at Brookhaven. She has a BS in Psychology from Duke University, with a certificate in Neuroscience. She has an MA in Clinical Psychology from the University of Tulsa, and an MBA from Oklahoma State University. Liz is a Licensed Professional Counselor, who has worked in psychiatric hospital settings for over 5 years, focusing on counseling and utilization review. Darla Tipps, DPh is the Pharmacist at Brookhaven.
She obtained her BS in Pharmacy at Southwestern Oklahoma State University,
and has extensive expertise in hospital pharmacology and home infusion. Associate Chaplains Bernard Hubbard is a Graduate of Appalachian State with a Bachelors Degree in Marketing and Management. He is currently pursuing a Masters Degree of Divinity at Oral Roberts University. |
