Seminar Date: June 1, 2005
Presented by: Pamela Washbourne, PhD
In her presentation directed towards caretakers of traumatic brain injury survivors, Pamela Washbourne identifies treatment issues and challenges pertaining to memory and attention deficit–a common area of difficulty for a majority of brain injured persons.
By understanding how memory and attention are interrelated, we can operate from a more informed perspective of how to help patients overcome the obstacles they may face in a rehabilitation setting.
