Death and Sleep Habits Pre-Determined?
Could a single gene determine whether you are a morning person or not? Research suggests that not only can genotype data differentiate between early risers and those who like to sleep in, it could also determine the hour you are likely to die.
Though it is hard to believe, as Lois M. Collins’ article for the Deseret News suggests, extensive research has led to these findings. And, though learning when one is likely to wake up or when one is likely to die is interesting, the data collected is likely to be more useful when putting together a person’s work or school schedule to ensure success.
